ASSURANCE OF NEW
DESIGN
Risk
assessment of the design process – Identifying latent errors during the
design process of large offshore structures avoids the potential failures during
operations. With experience in projects such as the design process of the
flexi-joint at the top of the legs of the Troll gas platform, our analysis
delivers more robust design and improves the organization and management of the
design process.

Safety assurance of
the new design - Using HAZID and FMEA, we
can identify potential failure modes for a new design. Quantitative risk
analysis can be used to prioritise risk reducing measures, changes to the
design and to improve operational procedures.
